I highly recommend this company - they do exactly what their name suggests and I have used them for 3 years. The office set up behind the cleaners is unparalleled, they are extremely responsive, open to feedback and want to provide an exceptional service. The cleaners that have worked at my property have been personable, trustworthy, loyal and hardworking. The company do a great job with ensuring the cleaners keep cleaning to the required standard and do random spot checks. Honestly the best cleaning service I have ever come across and we are sorry to have to stop using them, but sadly they do not cover our area which we have moved to.

Brilliant cleaning service! Fantastic one-off deep clean of entire house, woodwork, appliances, wardrobes and bathroom. Oven looks brand new! Spotless and smelling fresh. Would recommend to everyone in an instant. The staff were polite and extremely hardworking.

Cannot say enough good things about this company! Efficient Cleaning has been cleaning my 3 bedroom house for nearly 2 years. Our regular cleaner Siyka cleans to a standard even my Mother can't complain about! She is always on time and very thorough. I work from home allot and we shuffle around each other seamlessly! It's such a relief to have this amazing service and know that I don't have to spend my limited free time cleaning the house. In addition, working with the Office staff has been super easy. They are very accomodating of date/ time changes and they always respond in a timely manner to queries. I Highly recommend Efficient Cleaning London - they provide a spectacular service and offer 100% value for money!

We have used Efficient Cleaning for about a year now and we are very pleased.Communication with the office is first rate. They all seem to speak better English than we do! And we always get a quick response to emails. They are thoroughly professional.Our cleaner is first rate - always on time, always willing to do regular and ad hoc jobs. We have a fairly complicated home and schedule but it’s never a problem. She is quiet in our home and gentle with our possessions.Rather than the centre taking most of the money (as often happens with other agencies), Efficient Cleaning just take a small admin fee and the cleaner gets the lion’s share and hence a proper rate. This means there’s a lower staff turnover than with other cleaning agencies we’ve dealt with.We certainly can’t find fault.

Efficient Cleaning is a very well run company. The office staff are always very friendly and prompt in replying to emails or phone calls. We have been incredibly pleased with our cleaner and we would never want to lose her. She uses her initiative and works very thoroughly. She goes above and beyond in keeping our house really clean and she does a wonderful job. I highly recommend Efficient Cleaning.

Great cleaning agency. They really are efficient. They do an initial review of your property and your cleaning needs. They also do periodic quality checks of the cleaner's work. Very responsive when contacting them. Hopefully my cleaner will continue with them for a long time as she's excellent.

The clue’s in the name. We have used Efficient Cleaning since May 2013 and are very happy with the service they provide. They are responsive and flexible to our needs. They provide good calibre cleaners who stay with them (and therefore their clients) for a considerable time. They plan ahead providing alternative cleaning times during Christmas/New Year and Easter public holidays and also offer an alternative when their cleaners take a well earned holiday. Efficient Cleaning also take away the complexities and pitfalls of managing and contracting with a cleaner directly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

Efficient cleaning London are the best cleaning service we have ever had. We tried several companies previously and were disappointed with their work and customer service. We found these guys over 6 months ago and cannot imagine not having them anymore (we wouldn't want to move in case we have to find new cleaners!).They have the most competitive rates, excellent customer service (communicate regularly, quick responses, let us know of any changes and are happy to accommodate our changes) and do a great cleaning job.In addition to cleaning they provide linen changing and ironing which we use. Their cleaners are lovely, and seem happy which wasn't important to us.It is a pleasure coming home after Dani has been cleaning. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Ina has been cleaning our house now for over 2 years and she is lovely. She is very hardworking and had always been reliable. I have no issue in recommending her and the company as they have been very professional. I have complete trust in leaving my home in someone else's care. I wasn't sure about getting a cleaner to start with but it is the best thing we did. It is lovely to come and find a clean home. If you are unsure if its the right thing for you just do it and you will wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

We have used Efficient Cleaning for over 2 years and took them with us when we moved house. They are by far the best cleaners we have ever used. The management side of things is clear and exactly as their name suggests, extremely efficient! They are also courteous and friendly and look after their staff, making sure they get paid a decent wage. Our cleaner is amazing, she does such a thorough job and is always willing to pay special attention to different areas when we request it. I have already recommended them to several of my friends who now all use them and would recommend to anyone looking for a great cleaning service in the area.
